Cancelation Policy

CancellationorReschedule: If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment kindly inform us atleast 24hours prior to your appointment time. In the event that you cancel or reschedule within less than24hours/ do not inform us of your cancellation(no show) you will be required to pay a booking fee of 50%of your treatment(s)to secure any future bookings with us, that of which is not refundable. No shows will be charged a no show fee of 100scr at there next appointment. Repeat offenders will not be booked in Lateness: Please note all clients are given a grace period of up to 10 mins, after this time your appointment may either be canceled or cut short. We do have a very busy schedule and try to fit in as many clients as we can during a working day, so we do ask that you respect your appointment time.
